A family run garage for over 100 years.
W Sanders & Sons has been a family run garage for over 100 years. Over that time the business has grown a great deal, with a bigger site and a lot more staff, and we have our customers to thank for making that possible.
We are still a small family run garage at heart. Our aim is simple: get your vehicle sorted as quickly as we can, and give you the best experience we can while we do it.
Today that means a workshop with an MOT bay, a recovery truck, indoor secure storage, and a Gulf fuel station and shop out front, all at Horrelsford Garage in Milton Damerel.
The workshop
MOTs, servicing and repairs under one roof.
Everything from your MOT to an air-con regas, done in our own workshop by our own team of mechanics.
Class 4 & 7 MOT
We carry out Class 4 & 7 MOT tests in our own MOT bay, with fully qualified MOT Testers, at the standard MOT price. If your vehicle does fail, we get the repairs done as soon as possible so you are back on the road.
General vehicle servicing
From a simple health check to a full service with every filter changed and the fluids replaced. Tell us what the car needs and we will sort it.
Vehicle repairs
Our team of hard working mechanics will get to the bottom of the problem and have it sorted as soon as possible.
Air-con regas
Our air-con machine lets us carry out an air-con regas on any vehicle that comes into the garage.
Courtesy cars
Our fleet of courtesy cars keeps you on the road while your own car is being fixed. Ask for a courtesy car when you book in.

Had a problem with my turbo not working and after calling up to discuss the issue they said that they'd take a look and see if they could help - even though they were really stacked out. We live 7 hours away and with us having a long drive home we were really hopeful they could help us. Within 30 minutes they had managed to find that there was a broken clip on one of the pipes and fitted a new one and we were back in action. Absolutely incredible garage.
